This is a run-down dirty dark urban public restroom with high detailed custom decor, textures, and materials. Comes with sinks, toilets, urinals and four working stalls including an extended-sized handicapped stall. Built-in unscripted lighting, scripted doors.
It comes with copy and modify permissions so you can replace the plumbing fictures with your own, or modify/resize the building. (Scripts are no modify)
