Check them out in-world at my building rezzer!

revised review. this building very nice
i figured out the lod issue, once rezzed you need to change your lod setting to 5 that way you will be able to see building a lot more better and detailed. very good price 500l is fair. and building is very nice. highly recommended
Visually Great - LOD not ideal, but still worth it
This building was the nicest 'brownstone / townhouse / urban' building I could find, so I went with it anyway despite noticing the LOD problem mentioned in the other review.
I "fixed" my LOD issue by surrounding the building with a set of prims I linked together, made convex hull, and moved to just inside the walls, then set to black - Making the building cost me 6 more Land Impact. But now when I zoom far away and the building's front or sides vanish, there's a black wall there instead - which is normally completely hidden by the building.
The front door has no locking script, but you can delete its door script and copy one of the scripts from the other doors into it instead. If like me you're using the apartment as a single home - you can just put the front door's script into the inside doors to get rid of their locks (or just not lock them... :) ).
- With a little modding, this building ends up being amazingly nice to have.
