This M.C. clubhouse compound is designed to fit on 4096m square land, with a 64x64 footprint. Land impact is kept reasonable, but can be trimmed down more if need be. Technically you could fit just the buildings on a more narrow piece of land.
The main building is a spacious clubhouse, with a large open central area that has room for a bar, stage, or dance poles and what not. It's large enough to host events in, or run a full-on club.
The ground floor includes a spacious "church" style meeting room as well as restrooms. Upstairs is a hang-out loft area, two general purpose rooms. There's also rooftop access, in case you need to find someplace quiet to do some reading.
Attached to the clubhouse is a full-sized three-bay garage/mechanic workshop area. Work on your bikes here, or run a chop shop.
Attached to the garage is also an office wing/extension. Keep your office in here, or your gun safes, or chemical lab or whatever it is that you and your crew do.
The spacious yard has a chain link fence to close in the area - this has a lockable front gate that operates as the lockable doors do. Park vehicles here or even add additional buildings inside.
All external doors are lockable, including the roll-up garage bay doors. Touch any door and say 'show help" in chat.
Bathrooms come with 28 LI of fixtures (linked separate from the other sections) , though you can remove these and bring the overall LI down to 143 from 171.
The main clubhouse and garage both have light systems, click the switch to turn these on and off or hold down on the switch for longer to trigger the light settings menu.
The system comes packaged in a rez-faux unit for easy rezzing and positioning of the multiple parts.

Lights & Doors Instructions:
Internal light system: Click the owner only switches for on and off. Hold down switches and release after 1 second for light menu, adjust color the brightness and other settings.

Need a compound, it's all here. Bargain price for something so extensive. Attention to detail, well thought out, decent textures. OK, in the days of mesh it is a little prim heavy but only because you get so much bang for your buck. Love it.

Okay i know you hear that a lot... hell, i tell that a lot myself - but this once, let me be absolutely serious: This is exactly what I was looking for!
So yes, i needed a place with a club area, and a few more or less private rooms, and a separate little house I could live in, and a spacious yard i could put more stuff to - and I've found what I was looking for!.. Gosh, I could even put a swimming pool on the rooftop and a large shop on the ground - even though I could use a garage for that as it's large enough!.. And, I don't intend to mess with walls and ground textures as those are just great out-of-box!

Also, I'd like to comment on door locking issue. At first, I thought there's a problem indeed - but no, locking doors really works... for others! I mean, if i lock the thing, others can't open it while i still can. Honestly, this seems to be the ideal way of implementing stuff. Thank you!

This Builder is good, everything I purchased from him is as advertised, Price is right, prims are low and all is copy / mod and the Roads I got are full perm, cant ask for more, this guy knows how to keep his customers

Nice building, moddable to make it your own is a plus, versatile and adjustable to fit your needs.
Only problem I've found is that the lockable exterior doors aren't lockable and the package comes with no instruction NC on how to actually use the lockable external doors and the scripts are no mod so we can't see which scripts they are and how they actually work.
All in all a really good product, but if something doesn't really do what it's supposed to, I feel a little mislead. Like all those wonderful toys people advertize that don't do half the shit they are supposed to do.

Good compound
I was looking for a warehouse that didn't cost a lot of linden or take up a ton of prim, and this fit the bill. Its spacious, looks nice and comes in at a reasonable price. I liked the price, seems fair for what you get. The warehouse is also copy, which is a nice added plus.
