40x40 secure complex for a large mechanic operation, shop, workshop, warehouse, MC headquarters or mainstore. Six garages using newer style lockable rollup doors, and large office, shop, storage area, and upstairs is a large meeting space or office space, or general hangout area. A good place for your pool table and leather couches. Lockable front sliding gate. Internal lighting systems in both garage wings, upstairs and downstairs, and external automatic night lighting.

Buildings are modify and copy so you can unlink unwanted prims, resize, repaint, remove and replace scripts etc.

Internal light system
Click the owner only switches for on and off.
Hold down switches and release after one second for light menu, adjust color the brightness and other settings.

Roll-up Garage Doors, Front Door and Sliding Gate
The most recent door you touch will respond to chat commands such as lock or unlock.
Locked doors can only be opened and closed by owner unless somebody is added to the access list.
Touch a roll-up garage door and say show help in chat for full list of commands.

Touch-tint Window Panels
Owner only, Touch the glass to change to solid panel or back to glass.

Auto Night Light
External lights activated at region night time.

Lighting systems and gate, shadow and electric meter are all individual groups and can be deleted if need be.

Using the Rez Free positioner
Rez the rez free box and move it to approximately where you wish to rez the complex. Click it and choose Rez from the menu.
Moving the box will move the parts of the build. When in place, choose Finished from the menu and pick up the Rez box.
