The Doctor's psychic paper is an ID card with the special property that it shows what the holder of the paper wants the person reading the paper to see.
The card is added or worn, and by default will attach to the right hand and trigger a hold-out animation. The side of the card facing the reader will show your profile photo on the upper half, and will be initially blank on the lower half. To display text on the lower half, type a message in chat on channel 9, e.g.:
/9 I am a Time Lord.
This will also trigger the hold-out animation. For anyone to see the text it is necessary to have Media options enabled.
The paper can also be set to display chat from any other channel from any source, except zero (public).
The format & background of the display can be changed by editing a notecard and the paper can be resized.
