Emily Victorian House(198LI, 26x25)
Emily Victorian House is perfect for a family with 2 children and your elderly parents.
EDIT 2021: I was informed by a customer that because his avatar was super tall, he could not walk up the stairs to the second floor, so in this 2021 update, I have increased the height of the doorway up to the second floor and at the same time, I have also replaced the older staircase to a newer version.
It is a double-storey house with 3 bedrooms upstairs, spacious area for a entertainment area and even a balcony that has a staircase to the roof!
Victorian trimmings add charm to this house and the show turret adds a touch of whimsy.
Downstairs, there are 2 living areas, a partitioned kitchen and dining. There is also an extra room that can be turned into a guest room which even has double-doors leading to the verandah. From the living area, there is even another double door that leads to the verandah and the pergola.
The house itself is 198 land impact and sits on a 26x25 base area. I have included optional landscaping which is 95 land impact. They are copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer. Some scripts are no mod.

A great build is timeless
Mesh, prim, sculpt, irrelevant when you're good at your craft. I don't even know how old these homes are, and I couldn't care less. Fantastic builds that have beat out brand new, fresh out the mesh oven builds that I've spent thousands of linden on for my rental sim. I've loved every home purchased so far and have many more sitting in my favorites for future purchase. Well worth the price is an understatement.
