F&M * Forest Small Cottage - Season changing

We use this building at our RP sim, Astrium, for shops. It's amazingly versatile and works great for our needs! The building is mod, so you can remove parts you don't need and change textures to match the ground around it really well. The default base and textures are also really well done, low impact, and well meshed. My only complaint is there aren't more of these styles!

I can not express how great it is to be able to view this in-world, rez it, walk around inside of it and get a feel. I feel in love with this and the ability to texture change. Thank you so much for such an amazing build!

Trawled marketplace and searched for ages and so happy to have found this absolute gem! Looks gorgeous inside and out, beautifully designed, textured, and finished. Cute concept and great execution! Honestly I haven't even tested the HUD yet and I know my search is over. So happy with how good this looks for the prim count!! I could also resize it down a little for my 5 foot avatar, just a small adjustment and only 12LI now. Stoked.

Only quibble I have thus far is the fire in the fireplace - that could look better. A version without the fire would be much appreciated so I could install my own instead. (In fact, if it weren't for the flame itself, this could make a great petite home as the rest of this goes down to just 1m tall at its smallest! The flame doesn't shrink proportionately unfortunately, so it starts looking off and then clipping through the stone by petite building sizes. If it could be removed without breaking things that would open up a lot of possibilities...)

Just the right size, love the options. Only issue is I wish there is texture change for the wall as well. The window's texture change difficult to see but that's a minor issue. Inside a tad dark.

What a charming little one room house. Textures and shadows are perfection and gives a feeling of cozy quiet inside the room. I wanted mine for a little pub on my property but I have to say I was very tempted to try it as a home! It felt that good to be inside it. Fabulous customer service too. What more can you ask for? Oh and 15 prims...omg....YES!
