When i unpacked this it didnt load after waiting for around 30 minutes till i loged out and back in now it just a grey bulky looking think over my chest every thing else is fine just not the shirt the outfit is cute and i would love it if this one thing worked like it should

It is just grey like its missing the texture and yeah..Won't work.. Any ideas?
