This building is a freebie, and was made excusivly to be shared.
That's why i offer it full perms.
please just follow those 2 rules:
-You are not allowed to resell it or to do any kind of buisness with it.
-You are not allowed to distribute it inclued in your own package, or to offer it as a freebie in your own shop or land.
I made 3 versions:
- first one is designed outside & inside, with a scripted door, and cost 22 prims
- second one (low prims version) is designed outside only, and cost 8 prims
- third one is full mesh , it is a bit smaller and cost 4 prims (+2 optional prims)
(i call it steampunk, coz the first use was in a steampunk sim)
Some others 3D builds and textures packs are available in my shop

Great Buildings for any SIM...
A wonderful base to put on the ground of my little plot of land.
Perfect! Except for the top floor is a closed box, so if you're adding the buildings together side by side, you need to delete the box and then copy the floor from the first floor and place it there. Otherwise, very awesome! I also bought the Victorian texture set from this creator and it goes perfectly!
Cool building...just wish I could figure out how to get to the upper floors...
