PBR Sewer Club Room Small

The PBR Sewer Club Room Medium is perfect for adding onto your #FYISewerSystem with compatible FYI Sewer and Bunker stations and tunnels, or to just enjoy as a stand alone skybox.

This mesh sewer bunker room is designed to have a club layout, so you can have a main stage, place for the crowd, and some side areas for you to do what you wish.

PBR Sewer Club Room Small is a small sized club room. The main stage is about 19x7 meters, and the crowd area is roughly 27.5x17m. However it's missing the third sewer tunnel entrance and is designed to sit on a 32x32m parcel. Land impact is also significantly reduced coming in at only 98

This is a part of the #FYISewerSystem, meaning you can create your own tunnel system with sewer or bunker builder's kits, and mix and match other mesh bunkers, sewer stations, and more to create your own custom bunker system. This is optional, you can just enjoy it as a skybox too.

Because this is a PBR build, you can change the power and color of the lights with scripts. Additional lights are also included in the build so you can light this club however you wish! Make it as dark or light as you want, and make it normal colors, red, green, blue, etc. It's up to you!
