These romantic rustic earth sheltered fantasy cottages are inspired in J.R.T. Tolkien´s fantasy novel The Hobbit. Like all Hobbit architecture, they are notable for their round doors and windows, tunell like rooms and rustic wood and stone interiours.
This building includes scripted doors that can be set to public, group or owner only access. No rezzer or unlinked parts - easy to set up. Package include 4 different houses, 4 types of mesh hills, fence and scripted gate. Both - 512 pix and 1024 pix texture versions included.
DOOR MANUAL: By default doors are set free access for everyone and auto close after 5 sec. If you need to change door settings here is an instruction on how to do it.
- click and slide your mouse over the door (mouse needs to touch at least 15% of the door prim)
- when menu pops up select if access is allowed to everyone, to owner, to a SL group (the one set to the door in Edit/General tab/ Group)
- Check the other menu options for opening movement, auto-close time etc.
- Click the button [FINISH] when terminated.
Optional - you can edit the note card inside door "-My door access list" and add the names after "AllowedAvats = ".

This house is just too good...
This is going to be the easiest review I'm ever going to write about a product I have purchased in Marketplace. The Nakama hobbit style house is just too good...as a builder myself it makes me want to try harder! It's not often that a purchase ends up being better then the pics for it suggest. The texture work is amazing, Especially on the inside. The maker has created textures that include light and dark patches, which give the place a warmth and realism rarely seen. This really is a quality product well worth the L!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
I always wanted to recreate a hobbit home and build myself my own little shire. With these little homes, I was able to accomplish that with ease! These are fantastic homes to have and the price for them is well worth the work and effort put into them. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for that little piece of the Shire to call their own!

I must say its worth the price, you ask me why? Well the detail is just simply amazing, the textures are stunning, it's mesh and low prim. It's the best out there and a must have if your a Hobbit Fan!
And in all honesty who wouldn't want to live in a Hobbit Hole ;P

I purchased this item based on the illustrations. What I recieved was cylndrical structures, not joined and without instructions as to how to alter the item/s . in addition the doorway was requiring steps to enter. I am very upset with this build.

The textures are amazing, the entire design is beautiful....and its really low prim too so should suit most land prim budgets!
Its so cozy yet spacious enough to not mess with your camera angles whilst inside. I love everything about it!! I wish i could give more than 5 stars!! :-)))))
