Change between grassy, grassy with flowers, snow or sand textures via HUD
with the ability to toggle normal maps off or on.
Independently set normal maps and textures to either 512x512 or 1024 x 1024.

I never really write reviews on the possibly hundreds of clothing items, textures, buildings and prefabs etc. If I were to review them all I would die before ever using them.
This island is part of a larger set of islands so I bought all 3, each of them comes ready built and with the mod option enabled, we have the ability to scale up or down the whole thing. Each of the fence panels is also mesh and can be copied, rotated, re-sized or cleared away.
I also discovered that the grass sections of the islands were separate prims and thus you have the ability to change their texture (as each island differs slightly on the grass texturing and color).
I couldn't ask for anymore and I highly suggest anyone that has the space to buy all three island sets!

It's a fairly simple but really nice little island!
Textures and shape are nice with a cool little cave. Might turn it into an air pirate base!

This is very cute and perfect for my ocean plot as an island! I love the little cave and that's what prompted me to buy it. I have a retro caravan on the top tier and I made a rope to get between platforms. Happy with it.
