Frosty's Girlfriend Follower

Frosty's girlfriend is not loyal to Frosty but will follow however touches her... perhaps not to the end of the world but to the end of the sim for sure. When touched again, returns to her original place. An owner can send her to follow any avatar within configurable scan range (up to 95m). No griefing, will return when the followed avi touches it.
