The only difference between white, grey and black versions of the Modern Stores is the interior. Exterior includes all 3 options for all 3 version.

Well there is a reason why its so popular
I have had a couple of stores ones i textured myself and played aroudn with. I like to be unique, and have something different. I fell inlove with this store when my friend showed me its textures. I was humming and haring about it but it just looks so god dam good. So i purchased it, so easy to grow with it with the add ons, the textures are second to none. the hud is next level. so easy to edit it and guess what....make it unique. I come to realise that its just a shell a very profesional well made amazing shell. The heart of the store is your brand that will make it very unique from the others who own the same building. If your considering it go for it. I am so happy i did. Definetly a good addition to RuinYou and one that will grow with us.
