Wall decor must be purchased separately.
Includes customization hud:
- marble / plain options for: floors, center wall & stairs
- 10 metal textures for: railings, spots, ceiling lamps, windows & doors frames
- 5 glass textures for ceiling lamps
- 4 glass textures for windows
- 3 exterior options: black + black marble / black + white marble / all grey.
Can be extended on each side, either by linking one or more stores together or by using the extension addon included with this build. The extension building is not a standalone item and is meant to work only as an extension for The Modern Store main build.

The only difference between white, grey and black versions of the Modern Stores is the interior. Exterior includes all 3 options for all 3 version.
Grey version = grey interior + 3 different exteriors.

This store is spacious and luxurious. One of the best ones in SL in my opinion. Also the land impact is very small compared to what you get. Please go and have a look in-world if you don't believe it.
