The only difference between white, grey and black versions of the Modern Stores is the interior. Exterior includes all 3 options for all 3 version.

I love the simple elegance of this build and how customizable it is. The extension option is really a fantastic feature. And while this is a detail that some others may not notice or appreciate, I love that the stairs can be ascended/descended smoothly without repetitive collision sounds. It's a great size with an open floor plan that is a fantastic showcase for your own products. I honestly can not say enough about how much I love this build.
