The only difference between white, grey and black versions of the Modern Stores is the interior. Exterior includes all 3 options for all 3 version.

Beautiful and Versatile
A lovely build that can be used in a variety of ways. I bought it for an event venue and it's perfect, I've seen it used as a boutique store also. Great use of materials, not too much. Looks posh, I recommend it!

My favorite storefront I've had so far!
I was in the process of remodeling my land and had been itching for a whole new storefront for a few weeks, but I hadn't been able to find ANYTHING I liked until I saw this one. I was instantly obsessed and had to get it! The build is very nice and clean, the add on works great, and I love the high quality textures. It's spacious and has the perfect layout for what I was needing! ♥
