The Grand Hotel particulier de Bouillon
Far from what we understand nowadays for hotel, these lavishly decorated townhouses were built for the aristocracy and grand bourgeoises as residences adapted to the irregular spaces of the urban center, creating a very particularly parisian type of building.
After the Hotel de Camondo, a Paris mansion-museum at the edge of the parc Monceau, this most sumptuous residence has been built to evoque the exquisite architecture of late 18th century;
the Mansion, built according to the taste of the epoch «entre cour et jardin» (between court and a garden) is organized on three floor differentiating each one of it's social environments.
Starting with the ground floor, partially conceived to the reception of guest with the cloakrooms, porte-cochere and Hall features the beautiful staircase d’honneur with it’s intricate balustrade.
The Piano nobile or First floor, corresponds to the Grand salons; The salon Doré facing two facades and especially rich, has been decorated with panels depicting grapes, laurel leaves and gilded arabesques of flowers surrounding the entire stance, in contrast with the soft ivory paint of the walls and its fireplace decorated with heads of satyrs and oak garlands.
Three more large salons complete this floor as well as corner study - all of them with different sets of boiseries.
The third floor to which one can access by a spiral staircase corresponds to the the family rooms, the Oak circular Library takes a privilege space on this floor, around three more bedrooms and a last one, built with an alcove, and decorated with panels in white, carved trims flowers and borders entwined with leaves.
Two Turn of the century Bathrooms in more modern tiles complete this floor.
The Hotel is also equipped with rooms intended for the Service, being the large kitchen the largest of them - with it’s own entrance from the facade facing the street, it's equipped with a large stove dating from 1914.
as well as a electric working system of bells and rings, that allows to call from the rooms upstairs directly to staff.

Grandiose
Merci.
Perfection!
I have choose this build for my parisian residence!
I love all, I have visit this build in RL at Paris and I don't have any words for the perfection about the details: RL vs SL reproduction...
Sublime work
Thanks <3
What you don't see from the demo
I recently purchased the Grand Hotel de Bouillon. I could sit here and write about the impeccable renderings. I could talk about the painstaking attention to detail. I could simply opine on the sheer scale of it. But, honestly, you could just rez the demo in a sandbox and see all that for yourself. What you won't see, however, is the creators commitment to her work. From the beginning she was both prompt and thorough in answering my questions. When I purchased it and had logistical problems setting it up on my land, she personally saw to it that the issue was resolved. She is a consummate professional in every sense of the word, and you can rest assured of your satisfaction. Is the price tag high? Of course it is. But one thing I have noticed, in RL, when I have availed myself of higher end goods is that the service is also of a higher caliber. It seems that in SL, as in RL, you get what you pay for.
The best home I have ever had in SL
The attention to detail is nothing short of spectacular. This house is elegant and beautiful but also easy to live in and adapt to a more contemporary lifestyle (I turned the "green salon on the first floor into the modern kitchen). Filled with modern art and a judicious mix of contemporary and classical furniture, it feels simultaneously classic and alive. If you're considering it, be assured you won't regret the decision to make it your SL home.
Absolutely Astonishing
There is not a single aspect of this structure that I can find fault in. The attention to realism in scale, render, texture, and historical architecture is done with a care that I've never seen combined in others of it's kind. For those who hesitate at the sight of it's pricing, I say that it is absolutely worth it. I have spent similar amounts on homes in the past, but never before have I ever been so satisfied with the decision. Thank You C&G!
Wow just wow.
This house already got me with the pictures but it wasn't until I visited it until I died of excitement - just in time to come back and purchase it.
I'm really impressed, it's such an amazing work, from the staircase railing (which always I lust after each time I walk though it) ... to the fireplaces gilded bronzes! to the window locks and doors - which I have counted up to a dozen of different doors shapes(? wow) one can clearly see you have enjoyed building this wonder
it's really really really nice ... and I have had the house for a couple of weeks now and til this day I feel I log in exclusively to admire and tour the rooms one by one.
Is there anything more flamboyant than owning a house like this? It is a really fantastic mansion, great for anyone interested in historical buildings specially to those who can afford it hihihi.
Can't wait to finally move in and call it home... God bless your skills!
