In the mid to late 15th century there was a fashion (among young men at court, at least) for scandalously short gowns with wide shoulders, gathered and belted at the waist. Out of necessity, the hose were very closely fitted and joined at the top, then laced to the lower edge of the doublet (worn under the gown, often with only the tall collar visible). The fully exposed codpiece started to become a featured piece of the outfit.
This set includes the short belted gown (sometimes called a paltock), codpiece, and joined hose (these are BOM layers in both standard SLUV and custom GenX versions). All items come in 8 shades of rich velvet with the ability to tint each section as desired. It has been fitted for Maitreya LaraX/PetiteX/FlatX, Legacy Feminine & Perky/Petite, Belleza Gen.X Classic/Dainty, Belleza Gen.X Curvy/Dainty, and eBody Reborn/Waifu.
