1. Basic House Info:

Minimum Parcel Requirement: 5184m2 that is shaped as a square

Built with mesh. (a few SL prims has been used for physics purposes)
Supports the new Advanced Lighting Model
3 floors.
Rooms: 2 livingrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and entrance.
Balconys and outside floors connected with a hanging bridge system.
Uses the new Advanced Lighting Model system. All textures are Normal Mapped and have specular maps applied to them.
Unfurnished. Included are 3 fireplaces, radiators and outdoor wall lamps.
2. House Functions:
Included is a texture and color changing system that lets you choose between many premade textures for both the outdoor and indoor look. Each independent part such as the roof, leaves, ivy, floors, walls, stair steps etc all have their own textures which gives you great modification options to make it look like you want.
For example there are 31 individual textures for the walls. Every single texture can also be tinted to any color or made darker.
There are holiday wall textures such as christmas, easter and birthday included.
This house comes equipped with the "A.E HouseControl Unit" with functions such as:
HOUSE+: Some house specific options such as setting either or both chimney smokes on and off.
RADIO: Many radiostations included.
SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off. Can also change window textures, to clean,dirty, frozen, rain or broken.
Uses a Rez Box system!

Worth Every Linden
I bought this house four years ago and I used it again and realized i never left a review. This house is just amazing! I thought wow im not paying 8000 for a home im so glad i did. Its gorgeous to boot and has lots of textures you can add to every room from the floor up and even the windows can be changed. its nice and spacious and has lovely decks you can sit on to get a birds-eye view from the tree top!!! I recommend this home if you're looking for a beautiful home to live in SL! It is prim heavy but so well worth it!
The Best In SL
This is well worth your money, especially when comparing prices of items you buy that have to be edited for many corrections. I OCD over imperfections. This is the best tree house I have encountered in SL in my 4705 days of living in SL and I have built many tree houses for myself because I cannot stand the many imperfections in what I have seen in SL. I dont know how to do sculpts or mesh, so anything I personally build is done the old way.
I have not found any flickering textures, which drives me insane. I have not found uneven pieces, which is due to so many who cannot do 'numbers' and that drives me insane. This tree house has everything you could want plus some and it is all built, put together, with much time and pride and I can clearly see that. This is a keeper!
I have edited only one feature to this tree house. That is the doors. They do go into the floor and into the frame up top, on the first floor. As I said, I OCD over imperfections, so I had to fix it. No big deal, easy fix.
Finally This Feels Like Home
I have wanted this house since I first saw it. The timing was just right and I got it! I like the look, the animations, sounds, the prim count and oh, so many possibilities, the textures and it's seasonal.
Kudos to the designer of this magnificent tree home and windmill. My SL just got better!

Spectacular!
I love this tree house so much. It has so many options so you never get tired of it. It's the typical LAQ quality with amazing textures and features, including animated leaves/branches on the trees. It's just amazing.
