1. Basic House Info:

Minimum Parcel Requirement: 5184m2 that is shaped as a square

Built with mesh. (a few SL prims has been used for physics purposes)
Supports the new Advanced Lighting Model
3 floors.
Rooms: 2 livingrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and entrance.
Balconys and outside floors connected with a hanging bridge system.
Uses the new Advanced Lighting Model system. All textures are Normal Mapped and have specular maps applied to them.
Unfurnished. Included are 3 fireplaces, radiators and outdoor wall lamps.
2. House Functions:
Included is a texture and color changing system that lets you choose between many premade textures for both the outdoor and indoor look. Each independent part such as the roof, leaves, ivy, floors, walls, stair steps etc all have their own textures which gives you great modification options to make it look like you want.
For example there are 31 individual textures for the walls. Every single texture can also be tinted to any color or made darker.
There are holiday wall textures such as christmas, easter and birthday included.
This house comes equipped with the "A.E HouseControl Unit" with functions such as:
HOUSE+: Some house specific options such as setting either or both chimney smokes on and off.
RADIO: Many radiostations included.
SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off. Can also change window textures, to clean,dirty, frozen, rain or broken.
Uses a Rez Box system!

I am so thrilled with this house! Some reviews said there were rezzer issues but I haven't had a problem. Rezzed perfectly first go. Beautiful design, quality work and lots of customisation options.
Well worth every Linden I think. I'm so happy to now call this wonderful house my HOME!
Expensive but worth it
Bought this for my girl who loves treehouse's, she loves it and so do I. We have a huge amount of land and this was ideal for it!

This house is hands-down the most beautiful home I've owned in SL. I can't stop walking through it and taking in the beautiful aspects/views and the incredible detail. The texture options for internal/external are just amazing and the number of looks you can create are seemingly infinite. It's worth every single Linden :)
Beautiful Tree House, I Love It!!!
I was shocked to learn that after I bought this lovely tree house that it was larger than I thought, sure I walked through it but it wasnt until later I discovered there was more than just 2 floors!! OMG the detail in this house is AWESOME!! I love the roomyness (not a word but it is today) of this amazing tree house. I do however have one complaint and I plant to check on this also (not a real big deal and surely not a deal breaker its just something that bugs me lol kind of like OCD) It appears that you can not lock the doors, I usually dont worry about locking the doors but the sim where I live the neighbors are morons they open and close my doors a million times and it just urks me. Leave my stuff alone, I dont bother your's, you know? So I wish there were options to lock the doors to set it for group or owner only. Other than that is you love tree houses and are considering one, stop... Add this beauty to your cart and purchase it. It is work every linden that you will pay for it!! A lovely house ~
I've had this house for a while now and this is probably the only house in SL I'll end up using, because it's just enchanting and unique and I doubt any other house will compare in that regard. Well worth the price, even though there are some details in the house's construction that could be improved. The overall layout of the house is wonderful and the rooms are just the right size, and I love the customizability of all aspects of the house. I have some improvements I'd like to suggest, however that won't effect my rating of the house, because it's still the best house on SL to me.
As far as improvements, there are some alignment issues with the mesh that I don't think is the fault of the rezzer, but the actual construction of the house. However, I'm able to correct these things myself, and I don't mind doing it, so it's not a huge issue for me. Second, the windmill gears upstairs inside... this is a nitpick, but they don't work like gears should work and anyone that really pays attention to detail would notice that eventually. Lastly, it would be awesome if some basic textures were included in the pack for personalizing floor and wall textures indoors for those that are inclined to customize.
Needs attention from the creator about some problems
After having the house for a while, it's really great but it has a lot of minor things which I hope get fixed at some point..
Shadows on the walls: some of them stick out from the walls and parts of the floor significantly instead of adhering close to them (you can hear prim collisions as you walk across the floor because of the shadow) .. and since the shadows are joined together as a single face this is basically unable to be fixed from the owner's side.
Inconsistent quality: The bedroom directly beside the 1st floor living room has a large gap between the outside wall and the floor.... the inside of the prim is shown while the outside of the prim is invisible, this should be the opposite..
Fireplace: doesn't 'turn off'.. the only thing that turns off is the fire, the glow remains as well as some of the sound..
Doors: The doors inside the house do not close after a time period (and there is no option to resolve this from what i've seen) unless that period is extremely long. The doors must be closed manually (this is excluding outside doors).
Overall, if you notice a lot of little things, I'd stay away from this house until the issues are resolved. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid build.
