[HVW] Nautical Beacon Tower Version 1.0

It's time to mark properly the entry to your marina!
(unless you run a shady smuggler business of course)

HVW presents, long awaited, beacon towers with navigation marine lantern and navigation marks. Ideal to put at a port entry and help sailors safely enter to your harbour.

The tower contains sitting animation (v2) at its top.
The lamp contains script which turns light on according to SL time (for time configuration see inside the script itself in the lamp object).
Objects available in various colour / mark configurations for different IALA regions (but of course you can modify it yourself, who said the port can't have a purple light)
