It has several rooms, including: External Hallway, A kitchen, Living room, a basement Garage, A bedroom, and a Bathroom, There also is an external roof.

Well worth the Price!
So I should start off, Customization in this place is the biggest win in my eyes. Buying this as its own build was wonderful but when I saw the option to change the lights and build around the base I fell in love with it. From the actual design layout to the texture work, There was a lot of thought put into this build and I love it just for that alone. My only complaint has to do with the texture work itself, Having the Specular and Diffuse maps are an amazing touch, but lacking Bump mapping removes the depth of materials, so CD clutter and wires look painted to the floor. That complaint is so minor to the rest of the build I cant take away anything for the score. Lovely work and looking forward to seeing more!!!
Another Cyberpunk Masterpiece !!
This was the second CHI skybox I purchased for my scifi project and am in love with the perfect romance and atmosphere of this woebegone scene. So wretched but lovely in a single bundle. Even the stairway leading to the apartment was perfect for RP - am going to keep my eye out for more CHI products now, thanks so much for this art!!

Pics really do not do justice. Please try the demo and be sold like I was. Grungy, dark, and cyber perfect. I was just blown away with how nice this looks. Texture are great, mesh looks fine as hell, and it really sells the feel. Great use of prims.100% happy with my buy.
AMAZING BOX IN THE SKY
This is an amazing boxsky, there isnt any other out there like this one and its is very cyberpunk, but with NO BUGS. Plus it also has some things in it like bed, which is way better than my old bungalow shack which has no bed and it has more rooms than my old bungalow shed. Not only that, but thanks to this cyberpunk house i managed to seduce this girl and drag her over by her head to my place and we had the sex on top of my cool pool table that I own and that cool people have for having cool sex on it. And not only that is is in theme of cyberpunk game, but it is actually not buggy and runs smoothly and it floats in the SKY. i would suggest this to anyone that wants to look cooler and have cooler sex on their cool pool table to use this for even more sex and for looking even cooler while having all the sex with all of the girls.
