Sure the textures weren't what I like but it's mod with tons of faces etc. For $1 I had fun re-texturing and now have a great looking modern cabin! I have no idea how the previous reviewer was charged 1,000 over list, no one else was....perhaps BS methinks...
advertised as 1 linden and charged 1001
