Splendida casa galleggiante per gli amanti del genere o per chi ama vivere sul mare, ideale anche abitazione residenziale o per le vacanze sul mare.
la struttura e tipo catamarano, composta da due scafi separati sui quali poggia la casa.
composto da:
- un ampio open space all'ingresso.
. terrazzamenti prendisole sia a prora che a poppa.
al piano superiore:
- 2 camera da letto con pareti a vetro per godersi il panorama.
- ampio ingresso.
- terrazzo.
tutte le porte sono perfettamente funzionanti con chiusura manuale ed automatica.
portefinestre funzionanti, con chiusura solo automatica.
