This product is low land impact. Land impact depends on size, but is around 3 in most situations (its 3 prims for 6m x 3m). If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included.

This is one of the most adorable & well built balconies I have seen so far in SL, it was perfect for what I wanted it for. I did have to contact the creator about how to best fit it on my land and I can honestly say the Customer Service I received was excellent, with such a fast response too!
