Icaland fireplace is low land impact product with animated fire, and 100% mesh fireplace created by me.. Land impact on mesh object can very but its around 3 prims for this object.
This is object is lower price and with copy and modify permissions, and also will be relesed in full permisions with higher price...

Nice Piece....under pressure
Fit well in the environment intended...was able to expand size without issue. First time though I had been contacted by the creator of all the thousands of purchases I made in the past. Was quite taken aback. Felt uncomfortable that they IM'd me and requested that I post a review. Actually interrupting me during an enjoyable session on SL. I'll make sure and keep note of this store for future endeavors while perusing MarketPlace.

This fireplace is a wonderful addition to the builder's range. Good quality, low prim and copy/mod makes this a must-have for any historical or modern home, and of course you can change it to your tastes or leave it be. A delightful entrée to the building market from this maker.
