Icaland fireplace is low land impact product with animated fire, and 100% mesh fireplace created by me.. Land impact on mesh object can very but its around 3 prims for this object.
This is object is lower price and with copy and modify permissions, and also will be relesed in full permisions with higher price...

I have loved this fireplace since I first saw it as a Builders Full Perm item, however, I only wanted one for my own use, not for resale. When I found the builder made a Copy/Modify version for less than 1/2 the Full Perm version, I snapped it up quick! As others state in reviews, the texturing is beautiful and the ease of modifying is fabulous. So glad I got one for my house! Thank you, ica84!

Wonderfully Detailed
