This product is low land impact. this product includes 2 dimensions of stairs (higher and lower). Land impact depends on size, but is around 3 in most situations for both models. If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included.

I had searched for stairs with arms to compliment my build ,these look even better in world, buy them if you want to add a touch of elegance to your build

I was very impressed with the photo of these stairs, and was certainly not disappointed when I got them. Elegant design and execution. Just superb.
A suggestion: having a landing at the top of the stairs would be a nice addition. I'll definitely browse through your store...I always need quality stuff!
Beyond Beautiful !!!
I purchased these stairs for a build I am doing. When I rezzed it out it took my breath. Beyond beautiful and low prim. Excellent price too. I highly recommend this item.
Beautiful and functional
This was well designed and looks great. Easy enough to edit and comes with 2 ready-made full-perms textures. I favored the while over the gray (shown). The textures can easily be downloaded for editing, too.
I needed the tall version. ica84 responded within an hour to my IM request for it. Hopefully he'll update this package to include it soon.
One quip is that the stairs come bundled with an invisible ramp prim and two side barrier prims that provide the physics. The side prims really should be triangle blocks instead of square blocks. But that's easy for you to fix if you care.
I'm very happy with this product and the customer service I got. I'll be looking at ica84's other products.
