This product is low land impact. this product includes 2 dimensions of stairs (higher and lower). Land impact depends on size, but is around 3 in most situations for both models. If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
I purchased these stairs for the front entrance of our ballroom. The look is perfect and with the supplied AO, texture map, etc, we were able to exactly match the color to the rest of the build.
