This product is low land impact. this product includes 2 dimensions of stairs (higher and lower). Land impact depends on size, but is around 3 in most situations for both models. If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included.

Fantastic, exactly what I needed
For my several situations, Icaland meshes really met my standards and pulled through with a great solution. These stairs for instance look amazing outdoors in several spots. Hitboxes are alpha prims and will need work if you're OCD like me and want them to be super accurate to the model.
