Not that great
Really wish this was copy/mod instead of transfer. Has some glaring issues like the key being fullbright that you can't fix. The text on the scroll are some instructions on putting a script in a chair for it or something (no scripts come with the desk by the way), which is mildly annoying but not a huge deal. The collision on it is wonky too and you can walk about halfway into the desk before anything registers.
It's cheap for what it is so giving it an extra star, but there's probably better options out there, and I think I'm going to have to end up shopping for something to replace it anyway now that I've actually seen it in game. If this were copy/mod I'd probably give it at 4-5 stars if I could fix all the problems myself, but not like this.
