1. Attachments
-Ironsights: Attaches Standard Ironsights.
-SUSAT: Attaches SUSAT combat optic
-Suppressor: Attaches sound suppressor
-Bayonet: Attaches muzzle-mounted bayonet
-L17A2: Attaches L17A2 40mm Grenade Launcher
Attachment of theL17A2 will remove the suppressor or bayonet, if attached.
-MagGrip: Attaches magazine grip
2. Colors/Colours & Camouflage
-Olive: The traditional olive drab finish
-Black: Tactical black finish
-Tan: Sand-based tan finish for desert environments
-Shark: Menacing, fighter plane inspired shark decal over an olive drab finish
-Urban: Black and gray based digital pattern camouflage
-Desert: Tan and brown based digital pattern camouflage
-Winter: Blue and white based digital pattern camouflage
3. 40mm Ammunition
The optional L17A2 40mm Grenade Launcher has five choices of ammunition.
-M406 HE: Standard high-explosive grenade with a 5.0m kill radius.
-M651 CS: Gas emission grenade for area of denial use. Emits CS Gas for 10 seconds.
Emission starts one second after detonation and covers a 7.5m radius.
Prolonged exposure to the gas is lethal.
-M680: Smoke Canopy grenade that provides 20 seconds of dark gray smoke to hide movement.
-M713: Smoke Indicator grenade for marking targets. Emits a column of red smoke.
Transmits coordinates of target for artillery or air bombardment.
-M1007: Flashbang grenade. Blinds enemies for 10.0 seconds.
The flashbang effect does emit a noise to simulate the effects of a real grenade of this type.
While this noise is not pleasant, it is not shrill or painful to the listener.
4. Visual Effects
-Animations: The specially designed animation system allows you to use your choice of AO with the rifle.
The system works to prevent standard AO's from over-riding the rifle's animations.
Animations can be disabled.
-Particles: The L85A2 features custom particles for muzzle effects and spent casing ejection.
All particles used are low intensity and do not cause latency (lag) or reduce frame rate.
All particles may be disabled should you wish not to use them.

Great as usual
Firstly i would like to say i have bought nine weapons from isa and they have never failed me at all. The quality of them all is outstanding in every way. The customer service received by the company is second to none and you are welcomed to the fold of ISA as a fellow human... On this occasion i was fool i#enough to buy two of the same weapons, the company saw this and refunded my money on one item in cash..... WOW... no quibble, now thats service for you!!!!!! This weapon i am still getting used to as it has a lot more whistles and peeps on it, but it is stunning as a BRITISH rifle. The scripting is first rate , the sounds are great and the AO is a great addition for any shooter. It is wonderful to be able to harp on positively about a SL product as so many today are second rate.. All ISA need to do now is produce a anti aircraft weapon and maybe a Milan or equivalent weapon but with these weapons must come a support small arms weapon too, so your not stuck out in the battle field with nothing to support you.. I'm sure a bit more money for the goods would be accepted and MCE would approve of such a weapon. But for the money this weapon is outstandingly great value and the realism of the weapon is second to none. I am 55 years and was a R/L soldier for nine years in the British Army, i worked with the SLR 7.62 and always wanted to have a go with my sons current weapon and now i can experience his weapon through ISA... Thanks guys! Dont forget to upgrade your weapons to MCE so all can be uses at the OLDs War game battle sims

The perfect Zombie killing machine.
My only problem with this gun is that the standing pose is no good for girls, it leaves no room for bewbies. Perhaps this could be included in a future update.
The gun it's self is beautifully made, the detail is excellent. The different colour option are a nice touch, with the shark mouth being what really attracted me to this gun. Sound effects are good, the menu and commands are well thought out and make it easy to use.
The accuracy level is just right. It makes me deadly at longer ranges, but not so accurate that there is no challenge. This is without a doubt my favourite weapon in SL.

Couldn't ask for anything more.
As soon as I pulled this thing out of the box I knew I was in for a treat, the attachments kicked right in so I could get myself situated even in high lag, and as soon as everything was the way I wanted it I moved right on to blasting jetpackers out of the sky with ease. The grenade launcher has a nice feel as well with just the right amount of arc, and its power is balanced out by not being able to fire while you are reloading it. All and all I have to tip my hat to another wonderful gun from ISA.
