This livery applier kit includes what you will need to paint your Paladin 7 with the included livery theme. To apply the livery:

1. Rez your SZYM Paladin 7 vehicle in-world.

2. Rez the livery applier object in-world near your vehicle.

3. Go to Edit mode in your viewer and select the applier box that you rezzed near your vehicle.

4. Hold the SHIFT key and click the vehicle to add it to your selection.

5. Click "Link" in the editor window. You should see a prompt pop up within a few seconds.

6. Click the Yes button on the prompt to allow the applier to link and unlink itself to the vehicle.

7. After a few more seconds the box should disappear and the livery will be applied to your vehicle.

Tips:

Some livery kits come with multiple appliers and/or supplemental textures that can be used to add paint to some of the parts that the applier can't reach (such as the sun visor or tailgate fin options) or apply the theme to a specific model of the Paladin.

If there are multiple appliers in the kit they will be labeled to indicate what vehicle they are for (or what alternative application may be chosen for the theme). If there is no indication of a specific model on the applier then it should be compatible with all of the available Paladin 7 models in the set.

To apply a supplemental texture you will have to do this manually. Go into Edit mode and select the face of the part you want to apply it to. In most cases the same texture will be used on both the sun visor and the tailgate fin. Use the texture selector or drag-and-drop the texture from your inventory to apply it. You shouldn't have to adjust any of the texture parameters. This has already been done for you.

The applier in this kit will work on the stock parts that can accept applications. This includes the aftermarket wheel wells that come with the Paladin 7. The appliers may *not* work on any third-party add-ons. If you need to apply the theme to anything like that you are on your own. Third-party items are not supported by ~Jeanette's Joint~ whatsoever.

If you change the configuration of the Paladin 7 using the online customization tools you may see some or all of the applied textures are removed from the vehicle. You can re-apply the theme by following the steps above to restore the theme to your vehicle.

If you manually change any of the texture parameters of any faces on the vehicle you may find that the applier does not behave as intended. The applier is meant to be used on a stock model Paladin that has not been manually edited by the end user. Make personal edits at your own risk.

It may be handy to customize your vehicle to the configuration you prefer and save a copy of that vehicle to your inventory so you can easily rez a copy of it any time. It is good practice to make backups of anything you have worked on. ~Jeanette's Joint~ assumes no responsibility for the results you get when using this product. Read the instructions for the vehicle and the applier to help avoid common mistakes and headaches.
