Juita Modern House(30LI, 16x17)

Juita Modern House is a small single storey modern home. It is only 30 land impact and has a 16x17 base.

It has a separate living area from the kitchen and dining area which leads to a private open area. You can have a potted garden, a hot tub or barbecue area there. You can also get to this area from the bedroom.

Juita Modern House is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. The furniture are from Bazar and Kazza.
