Harrow Beach House is a double storey small house. It has a separate living and dining/kitchen area and a bedroom on the upper floor.
It has ceiling to floor glass window for the best views and the maximum sunlight. There is even a sun roof in the dining/kitchen.
Harrow Beach House is 41 land impact and has a 15x10 base. It is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished.
The furnitures used in the pictures are from Bazar.
I have made one house with rezzer and one without.
