Coco Island Beach House(38LI, 17x17)
Coco Island Beach House is a single-storey wooden house on stilts.
It is perfect for the beach or the lake, next to the river.
It has 3 spacious rooms, tall windows, high ceilings and double-doors in every room.
This house is 38 land impact and 17x17. It is partial mesh. It fits a 1024 plot nicely.
All doors lead to the outdoor decks which I have built on opposite sides of the house. There are no doors inside.
I have made a rezzer for easy positioning and also added the island plot and palms which are optional.
Coco Island Beach House is copy, no mod and no transfer. It does NOT come with furnitures.

One of two house i bought
I am using this as my Summer house next season and love it , it's not big but you can have a vacantion feeling with this house , love the schiplap on the walls and as a bonus it is low in prim and we all want to save that for decorating .
