Julia House is a double-storey country house with a spacious front porch for a great view of the countryside or the beach and to wine and dine.
There are 2 entrances, to the living-room and to the dining and kitchen. There is also another entrance from the kitchen/dining area.
There are 4 different sizes rooms upstairs.
I have included a rezzer for easy positioning.
Julia House is 77 land impact, partial mesh, copiable, modifiable but not transferable. It needs a 17.8x17,8 base and will fit a 32x32 plot nicely. Height of wall is 4m.
