This house comes equipped with the "A.E HouseControl Unit" with functions such as:
FIREPLACE: The fireplace burning animation & sound can be turned off.
RADIO: Many radiostations included.
SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off.
Uses a Rez Box system!
Unsure if the house fits on your parcel? If you visit our inworld store you can pick up a measurement box for free which is scaled like the house.

Pretty but Useless..
So I bought this house based on reviews, which I never do and will never do again.
The price is NOT worth it, especially for a build that I cannot even use. I've rezzed it 6 time with one rezzer, read reviews thought, meh. bad rezzer. Tried a new rezzer, same issue.
Even tried walking around the patios, and inside and was shoved out of the build. I'll be asking for a refund.
Gorgeous
This is a gorgeous home, obviously made with love and the prim count is amazingly low for the size and amount of detail offered. It took me a couple of days before I finally found my way along all the rooms and balconies, it is that big! The price might seem a bit steep, but if you see the final product you'll see it is worth every linden.

GORGEOUS
Love this house. So Whimsical and well designed. I love all the rooms since each one is unique and the customization is spot on. Also love the changing seasons of the leaves. One thing I have a problem with though is the rezzer, like stated in previous reviews. But I don't think that should take away from the final product. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I reccomend this for someone who wants to wow their friends with a unique house that's truly one of a kind. A+ Laq

Love it so much the work and detail is just amazing, I checked it out in world at the LAQ store fell in love with it even more, 8K is a big price but well worth every Linden.... Great work and Thanks for a great heart warming house.
