1. Basic House Info:
Measurements: Width: 64m Length: 64m Height: 77m
Minimum Parcel Requirement: 5184m2 that is shaped as a square

Built with mesh. (a few SL prims has been used for physics purposes)
Supports the new Advanced Lighting Model
3 floors.
Rooms: 2 livingrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and entrance.
Balconys and outside floors connected with a hanging bridge system.
Uses the new Advanced Lighting Model system. All textures are Normal Mapped and have specular maps applied to them.
Unfurnished. Included are 3 fireplaces, radiators and outdoor wall lamps.
2. House Functions:
Included is a texture and color changing system that lets you choose between many premade textures for both the outdoor and indoor look. Each independent part such as the roof, leaves, ivy, floors, walls, stair steps etc all have their own textures which gives you great modification options to make it look like you want.
For example there are 31 individual textures for the walls. Every single texture can also be tinted to any color or made darker.
There are holiday wall textures such as christmas, easter and birthday included.
This house comes equipped with the "A.E HouseControl Unit" with functions such as:
HOUSE+: Some house specific options such as setting either or both chimney smokes on and off.
RADIO: Many radiostations included.
SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off. Can also change window textures, to clean,dirty, frozen, rain or broken.
Uses a Rez Box system!

truly amazing !!
what can i say , I have been drooling at this house for months now i had to show my friend this house it is truly amazing next thing i know she has gifted me this amazing tree house i will probably never buy another house due to this being so amazing . Only thing that didn't work right was the rezzor the first 4 times but once rezzed true brilliance someone took alot of time and care to make this tree house i cant say amazing enough i love all of the things you make thank you so much for this tree house .
Fact is I'bve been putting off writing this review for ages now
because I dont know what to rate it
on one hand I love absolutely everything about the house it self from the ladder animations the fountain in the back the deck space and how much ground space it gives you under the house because its in a tree , i doubt there is or ever will be a house as unique as this one and I LOVE it
I wish this was a house mod for skyrim its that good it even has a huge selection of textures built into the mesh for the floor ceiling and walls not to mention the stairs railing decks and bridges only slightly disappointing you cant texture the stairs leading up to the 1st ladder
on the other hand I absolutely hate how broken the rezzer is and there is no way around it but I have to dock a star off because of how absolutely bad it is almost every time gauranteed it will multi-rezz, shift the windows out of where they are supposed to be , forget the tree , rez it perfectly and then rez a complete broken mess infront of it blocking the rezzer to hit delete some times it even takes deleting the 1st placed rezzer and pulling out a new one before it will work properly
but when it does work it is GLORIOUS and if it wasn't for the rezzer id give it 10/5 stars so just count my 4 star rating as a 9/5

This home is a true work of art. The price may seem high, but is more than worth it for all that you can do with this place. From the different options of texturing the tree, to the individual options of texturing each room. This house is truly the best I have bought in sl. Thank you for creating this magnificent home.

I know what you must be thinking....the price right? yes its a hell of alot for a home but wow what a home! I tinkered with the idea of getting this for a whiles from the instant i saw it on the MP then viewed in world, its simply gorgeous and offers soo much space inside and out, but as a whole its sooo well crafted, my compliments to the obviously artistic eye that went into this creation. Having soo many options to customize really made this seem worth the price, i love the balconies, theres just the right amount, not to mention the little details like the cogs that turn the windmill part, having the options to change the season of the trees was a wonderful idea and again, thankyou because it gives one that extra choice you just dont get too often with prefab homes.
Pros: Beautiful textures, homely feel, awesome views (so high up) animated leaves gives a realistic feel tho a gf told me she thought a storm was coming :P Great customization options and overall a lovely concept for fantasy and or nature lovers.
Cons: Price however i do feel that when you think about how hard this was probably worked on i think its fair for time spent however as homes go in SL its not what id call "affordable housing" more luxury. The ladder is not to my personal taste i would have prefered stairs that curled around the trunk but thats me picking. Somtimes it can be a little tricky to cam around due to the alpha leaves.
Overall i totally feel this was a good buy and am extremely happy to say i do not feel ripped off, which is important for a purchase this large. My friends love it and want to move in and LAQ clearly have an eye for quality that i really apriciate. 10/10
Lots of Like with a little hate.
Lots of love with a little hate. It is truly a work of fantasy and fiction and is that what not SL is all about? LOTS of detail though in some places does look a little too cartoonish-but I'm an artist so I am probably more picky than many. The changing wall/floor/ceiling texture features are fantastic though again..as a male, I would really like to see more choices that what's offered, most feel fem or Shabby chic, just not that great, who wants chipped paint or flowers that you can't match to furniture all through their home? MORE CHOICES would win my heart, though one could spend hours getting the things that are offered just right and personalized, that's really nice. Windows...UGH..Please give us LARGER windows, when you live in a tree house you want to see outside! The main downstairs living room is downright claustrophobic with two TINY windows and the fireplaces shoved to the far right in both up and downstairs living rooms. Also the fire quality..meh. The ladders up, would rather see that swinging walk way extended down, the ladders are always hokey in any build, but easily fixed with a TP system. Trying to get it to feel level...ugh..nightmarish an my biggest p.i.n.t.a. issue with it. Now ALLLL that being said, my pet peeves etc....its really a fantastic build, it captivates my imagination, I have been hard pressed to give up my first home as I do love it, and have looked at many, MANY homes, from castles to dungeons and everything in-between, but this one has won me over and I'm moving in slowly. The outside porches are a delight and in a way make up for the lacking window size. Yes the price is steep, but I think worth it, this build feels as it the creator was really enjoying making it and taking their time, not just sticking boxes and logs together, lots of love in it. You can almost smell the old wood smell as you walk in the door. Great work! Well done! Very happy with this purchase.
