1. Basic House Info:
Measurements: Width: 64m Length: 64m Height: 77m
Minimum Parcel Requirement: 5184m2 that is shaped as a square
Prims: 333
Built with mesh. (a few SL prims has been used for physics purposes)
Supports the new Advanced Lighting Model
3 floors.
Rooms: 2 livingrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and entrance.
Balconys and outside floors connected with a hanging bridge system.
Uses the new Advanced Lighting Model system. All textures are Normal Mapped and have specular maps applied to them.
Unfurnished. Included are 3 fireplaces, radiators and outdoor wall lamps.
2. House Functions:
Included is a texture and color changing system that lets you choose between many premade textures for both the outdoor and indoor look. Each independent part such as the roof, leaves, ivy, floors, walls, stair steps etc all have their own textures which gives you great modification options to make it look like you want.
For example there are 31 individual textures for the walls. Every single texture can also be tinted to any color or made darker.
There are holiday wall textures such as christmas, easter and birthday included.
This house comes equipped with the "A.E HouseControl Unit" with functions such as:
HOUSE+: Some house specific options such as setting either or both chimney smokes on and off.
RADIO: Many radiostations included.
SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off. Can also change window textures, to clean,dirty, frozen, rain or broken.
Uses a Rez Box system!

Customer service is great. I changed my review because the creator fixed and addressed it so quickly. I will say definitely impressed. Only thing is the texutres for the walls but that you can change if you may not have the same tastes. I put the home up again from the updated version. It is lovely and able to change the textures on the walls is a big big plus. It is a one of a kind build you can not find anywhere in sl
Very nice build
Good: Its a beautiful home, doesn't feel cramped at all and has lovely textures. Its fun and gorgeous inside and out. Lots of options and patio's.
Bad: $30 real dollars is a little much. If you change the colors of the doors they do not blend into the door frame when it's opened. At 100M high, this build is very tall, my home is easily the tallest, biggest build on the sim and can be seen from every parcel. I wish it had larger windows, with a tree house you'd like to be able to enjoy the view.
Only one star away from perfect because the good really does outweigh the bad on this build. Its very lovely, even my husband likes it. :)

Everything about this place is amazing. Yes it's expensive, but o so worth it. The testures, the mesh, amazing.

Details are perfect...sooo much diffrent changeable Textures....in all Rooms:), also good for taller Avas...and smaller ones:) This Home is perfect...limit Space on Ground and more place for Garden etc:)... love in Details....Perfect:)...I would like to give more than 5 Stars for this wonderful work:)
