FIREPLACE: The fireplace burning animation & sound can be turned off.
RADIO: Many radiostations included.
SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off.
Uses a Rez Box system!

Love everything about this tree house! As with all of LAQ, the details are flawless. I hope a smaller version is made. I'd give it more stars if I could.
Amazing
I got this as a gift from a friend (as honestly the price is incredibly high) but for what it is....it is amazing. I normally stay away from SL houses and stay with skyboxes cause even in huge sl houses, the rooms are soooo tiny. not this one. I would love to see a NON treehouse version of this - just the windmill house. it is amazing. Had a little bit of an issue rezzing it out, but once i got it set...omg. I love it. and for how detailed it is..amazing. I wish we could have plain colored walls instead of the wood in the color option (Just the color and wainscotting) but other than that....amazing. would honestly have rated it 4 stars if i had bought it myself.

I have a few different items from LAQ Decor and have loved them all, but this is my all time Favorite! The variety of options you have to change the look of the Tree and Home inside and out is fantastic. There is much more room inside to decorate than I would have imagined and with the texture change options its so easy to change the look of each room. It has multiple rooms not counting the outside balcony areas for fantastic views. For anyone that wants a gorgeous tree house that you can use all year long, thanks to the easy to use texture change menu (all season settings at the click of a button), then you must go and see this build and get one for yourself!
