RECOLORING PRO TIPS

* COPY FIRST - Make a COPY of your items before recoloring! Just in case you don't like the result.
.
* SNOWFLAKE ONLY - The recoloring HUD changes only the Snowflake. That is intentional, so that surrounding prims such as the brooch pin or necklace chain can remain a natural hue. However, if you wish to change those prims, they are completely modifiable. Just right-click, Edit them and change their colors using the regular SL editing tools.

* MASS RECOLOR - The HUD will recolor -all- "Snowflake Beautiful" items within 10m, so if there's anything you don't wish to recolor, please put that in inventory or move away before using the HUD.

* BRIGHTER / DARKER - Using the HUD, you can make your colors brighter or darker by clicking higher or lower on the white-to-black vertical bar between the "Pick Color" and "Preloaded Colors" areas.

* REMOVE SCRIPT - The "Color Me!" script is relatively low-lag, but it's always good practice to remove scripts you're not using. You can delete it as follows: Type "/42 remove" (without the quotes) in local chat.

* HUD FAIL - Is the HUD not working right? Please try the following:
...1) Check that scripts are enabled where you are standing (-and- you are wearing the right group tag for them!).
...2) Make sure there is nothing in front of the Color Me! HUD on your screen.
...3) No luck? Please go to a different sim, like a sandbox with scripts enabled.
...4) Still nothing? Please RELOG.
