The sign actually looks fine; a little large, but otherwise not bad. The issues are simple.

1. You would only buy this if you are selling more than a couple of parcels here and there and chances are your parcels are in a group. Well, if so, the sign cannot detect the owner on group land. This means that the contact the owner function does not work. So, 50% of the value fo getting this is gone.

2. The photo shows a blue-lit sign, in-world this is green and a bit difficult to read. Neon is not a good choice for text.

3. I contacted the maker about issue #1. First by IM then by NC. I've tried repeatedly to contact him to resolve the owner and message issue...crickets.

In summary, I've wasted L$ 450 on a product that I cannot effectively use in the field. There is absolutely no customer support or even care if you have issues or not. So, my advice is to not pay one single L$ it is not worth it.

The best and easy way and lowest price for selling lands!! I buy it for my lands for rent and it's more easy to use than the others that are at high price and difficult to set. I recommend to those that doesn't have 1 000 and + of linden if you need to see the sign before rent you can take my name go to my pics and click the teleport to ZEDLand Estate, i put 5 starts for the creator!!!
