:Larry: Rapture PA

This little speaker has 28 sounds straight out of Bioshock 1 and 2 that are heard over the PA system in game! It is timed to play a random sound no more than every 30 seconds and no less than every 120 seconds. The script is fully mod so those times can be edited.
