Imagine architectural exterior of your favorite French boutique. Once you walk through the doors, the interior provides modern contemporary style that awaits you to fill all three levels with your favorite creations.

► 3 BUILDINGS in ONE box! Left, Right and Combined Center builds.
► Footprint: 15 x 26.4 each corner build, Center building 30x26.4
► 3 levels each build
► Land Impact/[Prim Count] Building:
RIGHT Corner Building =194 prims,
LEFT Corner Building = 189 prims,
Double Bilding: 377 prims
► Permission: Copy/Mod Only ~ NO Transfer
► MESHWORX - DOOR CONTROL panel with one-touch gives the owner permission settings
(e.g. Owner, group and all) & extra feature allows owner to control if the doors remains open or closed

Level 2 - door3 (for the main balcony door) and door2 for all French doors.
Level 3 - door4 (for main mini balcony door)

Our items are 100% mesh, hand crafted in a 3D program called Maya. All textures are custom and lighting/shadows baked for a very realistic look by Loz Hyde, owner and creator of MESHWORX. NO templates or prefabs are used.

We hope you appreciate the feel of realism and attention to detail in every Meshworx product created.

***We strongly advise that you some experience and knowledge of MESH, also physics and LOD***

Remember, modifying mesh differs from traditional prims or sculpted objects.

1) Texturing: You risk losing any baked lighting, materials or shadows on a mesh piece when you change the textures. Unfortunately, we do not sell our textures or shadow maps with any items or custom projects.

2) Resizing: Due to how second life calculates mesh, resizing a mesh item could possibly increase the original prim count and could disrupt scripted animations or scripts.
