ABOUT THE FACTORY LOFT:
I've made the Window panorama mod/copy so you can put your own panorama image in the window or delete the panorama screen to see outside.
Hand crafted in Maya, baked lighting to custom textures for a very realistic look.
I was inspired when working for a San Francisco game company that was in an old converted US Air Force Hanger. In the same area there were other Hangers waiting to be refitted and transformed into commercial buildings. I took the opportunity to take some photos for textures of the great looking walls and roof girders which would then later become the basis of the Meshworx Factory Loft.
My hope is that I have created a feeling of realism when you walk through this spacious open plan building. Sunlight streaming through large factory windows bringing to life the front area while old style factory lamps illuminate the darkest corners giving it a comfortable vibe in the back and upper level.

About Loz:

Awesome Mesh Work
A friend of mine had this loft and I fell in love with it. I found it here and had to have it. The detail work is amazing. The creator did a really good job. It's extremely spacious. I'd say it's one of the best lofts I've purchased thus far and I'm super picky.

the build is really amazing but one miner point is the outside of the building it has no scene in it so it just wont fit with what ever you got on your sim its just a quare concrete blok but the inside is WOW what a detail so still 5 stars
Mesh at its best...
Several things stand out, when you examine this prefab from the inside.
The intricacy and detailing on the textures is just superb, and the rendered shadows are extremely effective. You can really appreciate the sense of depth and atmosphere in this space. It is ANYTHING but flat.
Also, take a look at the prim cost! For the level of detail in this build, it's hard to imagine it could be anything less than hundreds.
This, I think, is mesh at its best. Loz is clearly a master of his craft, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else this talent produces.
