The Belle Riviere Cottage in distressed blue features a one room cottage, double doors, windows that open, an attached walk-able dock with dock posts along the outside, a pitched wood-shingle roof, and a solid row of windows down one side offering great views. The cottage is built on a pier support system so it can be set in water, or used on land if you prefer.

I think i've bought pretty much every building made by Morgan Sim Designs - and hopefully will go on doing so. Their texturing is subtle and realistic .. the builds are fault free and the creators are friendly and professional. I contacted them with a query about another build they had - and they came straight over to the sim - to offer advice and suggest alternatives. Probably one of the best home creators in SL.
