A floating river boat in distressed blue and coral featuring a split level living space, upper and lower, the upper includes a divided space for alternate rooms. The boat is build on a platform with wood pegged outriggers stabilizing the build in scale and proportion. A double door entrance leading from a front deck bordered with nautical ropes and poles. A second double door entrance on the lower back leads to usable deck space. The upper living space with double doors leading out to a railed deck. The river boat offers many unique and interesting additions including a suspended anchor, opening and closing wood framed windows, a suspended row boat, a covered awning and a port hole window on the upper front.

This boat is amazing I have been searching for a week trying to find a houseboat I even bought a couple and nothing compares to this I've spent 800 on a couple and I finally came across this one boy i wished I happened on this first would have saved some Lindens for the price this boat is beautifully textured and big enough for all my crap I love it!!! BUY THIS! So well worth the money!! GREAT JOB!❤
GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS
I think i've bought pretty much every building made by Morgan Sim Designs - and hopefully will go on doing so. Their texturing is subtle and realistic .. the builds are fault free and the creators are friendly and professional. I contacted them with a query about another build they had - and they came straight over to the sim - to offer advice and suggest alternatives. Probably one of the best home creators in SL.
