The Belle Riviere Split Level Cottage in distressed coral and yellow features two rooms an upper and lower, double front doors, wood framed windows that open, an attached walk-able dock with railing and stairs and a pitched wood-shingle roof. Beautiful views from all windows including and a solid row down one side. The cottage is built on a pier support system so it can be set in water, or used on land if you prefer.

I think i've bought pretty much every building made by Morgan Sim Designs - and hopefully will go on doing so. Their texturing is subtle and realistic .. the builds are fault free and the creators are friendly and professional. I contacted them with a query about another build they had - and they came straight over to the sim - to offer advice and suggest alternatives. Probably one of the best home creators in SL.
